Analytical tools: For risk related events and compliance related breaches (both actual and potential), Advent ManageR includes an email-able analytical tool to assist in determining the root system issues relating to why the incident occurred or could occur, and the action required to tighten the systems to prevent occurrence and/or recurrence.
Corrective Action Plan: Fully automated email-able corrective action generation in response to risk and compliance related issues, be they from adverse events, breaches, trends, audits, complaints or suggestions. These requests are email-able and include reminders and escalation.
Management Action Plans: Fully automated Management Action Plans (MAPsTM) enabling multi-tasking in relation to the mitigation of risks or adverse events or compliance breaches. MAPs may also be raised in response to systems failures identified in the events analysis, or to empower your improvement initiatives.
Reporting: Reports that really inform management, and that serve as audit tools to verify controls in response to risks, and fulfilment of compliance obligations. Additionally, in-system and exportable reports for data modelling and graphing are built into the system.
