Course Title: Advanced Risk Audit Workshop
Overview
This course goes beyond the basic auditor training courses, to provide you with the advanced skills many organisations seek to really leverage their internal audit activity. With an emphasis on improving system integrity, leveraging improvement and delivering due-diligence, this workshop is guaranteed to challenge you. Based on our exclusive Positive Audit. methodology, it is a totally different from approach from old-style gap analysis methods you'll typically be taught by others. We incorporate modern approaches to audit and you'll learn a range of new techniques to really lift your audit competence. This course is competency assessed.
Objectives
You will build on your existing skills, to learn additional techniques for conducting thorough and rigorous audits. At the same time you will build the engagement and enthusiam of auditees for the systems they work with, and the audit process itself.
Your audits will attract managements' support and attention because of their business focus and standard of reporting.

This workshop is usually presented in-house at a host company, often (subject to approval) with other non-host company participants at this location. All training is therefore done in the context of live management systems, not contrived and sterile case studies.
You will get to see another company's systems, and share your experiences and challenges with people from other organisations.
For the host company, all competency audits will 'count' as audit history in your system.
