Career History
Tim has been auditing Management systems formally against standards including ISO 9001 since the late 1980’s and consulting with clients from a wide range of industries to develop management systems since the early 1990’s. He has also developed and presented a suite of accredited management systems training courses for quality management professionals. As Technical Director of an accredited Certification Body through the mid to late 1990’s, he has a great depth of knowledge of management systems, certification schemes and training systems.
Tim is an effective trainer and facilitator, qualified within the national competency framework, and is able to bring both strategic thinking and down-to-earth practical application to his assignments, to achieve measurable outcomes with clients. He has worked both throughout Australasia and abroad and has completed a range of successful consulting assignments. He is a senior auditor with a wealth of experience working in a broad range of industries.
As a certification auditor with extensive experience over many years, he is able to audit rigorously, in a positive frame of engagement, at all levels of organisations. He is particularly adept at making audits and the management systems relevant at senior management levels, through his engaging and challenging style.
Tim brings his depth of education and experience, combined with a natural ability to create lasting, friendly working relationships with people at all levels of an organisation, to all of his consulting, auditing and training assignments.
Tim joined Quality Award Partners in 2003, where in addition to his work with clients, he fulfils the role of our own company’s quality systems manager.
