Consulting History
Deanne works in organisations at the strategic management level to improve organisational profitability and performance. This embraces management systems development, audit and improvement support to client organisations. The focus is on minimisation of organisational systems risk exposure as well as strategic development, alignment and deployment of organisational objectives.
Deanne works across a broad range of manufacturing and service industries. Her two key areas of emphasis are on the links between risk management and management systems. Through the development and application of Advent Manager®, the Organisational Systems Risk Model, Deanne assists clients in the deployment of organisational and systemic risk management strategy across all facets of the organisation. She has also developed the intellectual property that comprises Advent ManageR Risk and Compliance Management Software.
Deanne is a competent and experienced auditor of management systems at certification level with a strong focus on strategic organisational outcomes and risk control. She has co-developed and teaches the advanced risk-focused internal auditor training course and is a Sessional Lecturer in the Master of Engineering (Quality), teaching Risk Management. Deanne is also a senior certification auditor with a JAS - ANZ accredited Certification Body.
